Each penstock is custom-made, incorporating features like smooth-sliding plastic guides, robust seals, and options for wall mounting or grouting, meeting international standards like DIN 19569-4, BS 7775, and ANSI/AWWA C 503. This bespoke approach ensures that every unit is specifically crafted to perform optimally in its intended environment.

Designed for a wide range of applications, our penstocks can be operated manually with handwheels, gearboxes, or ‘T’ keys, and are also available with pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic actuators for enhanced automation. We offer penstocks in a broad range of sizes, up to 2600x2600mm and beyond, to accommodate projects of any scale. Built from durable materials like Ductile Cast Iron and various grades of Stainless Steel, our penstocks are engineered to operate under pressures up to 30 mWC and temperatures from -10°C to +70°C, ensuring they can handle the most demanding conditions.
