Gate Valves
Gate valves are industrial valves used to control the flow of liquids or gases by regulating the opening and closing of a gate or wedge-shaped disk.
Gate valves play a crucial role in controlling the flow of liquids and gases, and having the capability to produce valves with diameters up to 1200mm, pressure ranges from 2.5 bar to 100 bar, and temperature ranges from -10ºC to 250ºC indicates versatility and adaptability to different environments and systems.
Our ability to offer different pressure classes, ranging from class 125 to class 300, provides flexibility for customers with diverse needs. It allows our products to be used in systems with varying pressure requirements, ensuring compatibility in a range of industrial settings.
Our manufacturing capabilities afford us to offer rising stem metal seated gate valves, non rising stem resilient seated gate valves and non-rising steam resilient seated gate valves.
We offer customisation of valve operators from using manual hand wheels, gear boxes and manual with T key to electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuators.
As we are a bespoke valve business, we can manufacture to the standards of your choice which can include: DIN EN, BS EN, AWWA C 509, AWWA C 500 and ANSI to name a few.
We deal with many materials such as Cast Iron, Ductile Cast Iron, Stainless steel 410/304/304L/316/ 316L, 1.4301/1.4571 , EPDM/NBR and more. Depending on your requirements and industry we will aim to provide the best flow solution.
