Butterfly Valves
A butterfly valve is a type of quarter-turn valve that is used to control the flow of a fluid (liquid or gas) through a pipe.
Butterfly valves are commonly used in various industries due to their simplicity, lightweight design, and cost-effectiveness. They are suitable for applications where quick and frequent operation is required, and precise throttling control is not critical. Our Butterfly valves are often used in water systems, such as wells, dams, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, chemical processing, sewage water systems, industrial applications such as gas and petroleum and other fluid-handling systems.
Our manufacturing capabilities afford us to offer single/double wafer type concentric and eccentric butterfly valves. We can provide these with and without lugs or rubber linings as well when requested.
We offer customisation of valve operators from using hand levers, gear boxes and chain/handwheel to electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuators.
As we are a bespoke valve business, we can manufacture to the standards of your choice which can include: EN 593, API 609, MSS SP 70, AWWA C 504, DIN EN1092, ASME B 16.5, ANSI B 16.47, ANSI B 16.10 DIN EN 598, DIN EN 1226 and API 598 to name a few.
We deal with many materials such as bronze, Al-Bronze, cast iron, ductile cast iron, stainless steel, duplex stainless steels and more. Depending on your requirements and industry we will aim to provide the best flow solution.
